Delivery Information

Due to the size, length and weight of scaffolding materials, all orders must be transported using specialist delivery trucks. These vehicles are expensive to operate, and as a result, delivery costs for scaffolding supplies are higher than standard parcel deliveries.

Our current delivery charges typically range from:

£25.00 + VAT to £80.00 + VAT

Delivery costs are automatically calculated once you add your delivery postcode at the basket/checkout stage.

Our yard is based in Aldingbourne, near Chichester in West Sussex, and we deliver to most areas across England. Whether you are ordering locally or further afield, we aim to keep our delivery charges as competitive as possible.

To give an idea of the distances we regularly cover from our West Sussex depot:

  • Manchester – approximately 240 miles
  • Carlisle – approximately 360 miles
  • Norwich – approximately 190 miles
  • Birmingham – approximately 170 miles

Please note: we do not currently deliver to Scotland, Wales, the Isle of Wight or the Isle of Man.

Delivery Charges

Delivery costs are based on both your location and the size of your order. Smaller orders travelling long distances will generally incur a higher delivery charge, whereas larger orders delivered locally may benefit from a reduced rate or, in some cases, free delivery.

Delivery Times

All deliveries are made:

Monday to Friday
8:00am – 4:00pm

We are closed on weekends and bank holidays.

The day before your delivery, we will contact you by phone or email with an estimated delivery time slot, usually within a 2-hour window. If there are any delays to your scheduled delivery, we will contact you as soon as possible to keep you updated.

Access Restrictions

Please let us know in advance if there are any access restrictions, narrow roads, parking limitations or special delivery instructions our drivers should be aware of. This information helps us ensure your delivery arrives safely and efficiently.
