Do your prices include VAT?

The prices on our website do not feature VAT; this will be calculated when you submit your quotation.

Do I have to create an account?

You do not have to create an account to request a quotation. We only ask for your contact details, billing and delivery address to calculate a transportation cost.

I have submitted the incorrect delivery address; how should I amend it?

Please either give us a quick call or email us and provide us with the correct address.

I forgot to add an item to my quote request; what should I do?

Please email and confirm the product and the quantity you would like a price for, and we will add this to your quote.

Do I get tracking of my delivery?

We do not offer a tracking service, but we provide an ETA the day before we deliver to you, which is a 2-hour timeslot.

Do you export to other countries?

We do not offer an export service. We only deliver our products to mainland Britain.

Do you deliver to Northern Island or the Isle of Wight?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to these locations at this time.
