Decking Creation using 13ft Scaffolding Planks in Fishbourne

A customer called our team to request a quotation for 22 new 13ft scaffolding boards. Once the quote was accepted, we had to deliver them to their property in Fishbourne, near Chichester. We supplied full costings by email, along with instructions on placing an order with us. They were delighted with the board and delivery costs, so they wished to proceed as soon as possible. The customer requested delivery before the weekend, as he was ready to start his decking project before some bad weather was due to hit the following week. The order was placed on Monday, and since we had the scaffold boards in stock, we arranged for them to be delivered on Wednesday, in plenty of time for the weekend.

Scaffold board decked area

The European-made whitewood timber 3.9m scaffolding boards (13ft) that they purchased were to be used as a decked area in the back garden. A base frame was created to secure the 3.9m scaffolding board lengths. Some areas of the scaffold plank decking were composed of shorter board lengths. The customer made a decking area that provided plenty of room for a table, chairs, and plant pots. The boards were also treated with a suitable deck stain, which gave the wood a lovely colour and protected it from the elements. This decked area was the perfect addition to our customer’s garden.
